• Design & Construction Management, Construction only, Refurbishment, Interiors, and Civil works either as a Lump Sum, "Open Book" (Management Contract) or Negotiated Project:

The Pre-Construction Stage includes the following activities:

  • Design Finalisation.
  • Prepare Quality Assurance Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Prepare Project Specific Safety Plan and Risk Assessment.
  • Prepare Environmental Management Plan.
  • Prepare Detail Construction Program of Work Activities.
  • Prepare Cost Plan for the project.
  • Analysis and finalisation of Construction methods and techniques.
  • Analysis of Material Handling.
  • Procurement of Subcontractors and materials from our controlled and monitored Database.
  • Procurement of materials.
  • Obtain Site Specific Safe Work Method Statements/Plans for the early trades.
  • Obtain Insurances for the works

The Construction Stage includes the following activities:

  • Client initial meeting to establish lines of communication, main objectives and reporting methodologies.
  • Set up the Site Facilities and Construction Workplace Zones.
  • Regular Client Meetings.
  • Sub-contractors Meetings.
  • Cost Control.
  • Short Term Program / Planning.
  • Regular Safety Checks.
  • Supervision and Co-ordination of work and trades.
  • Environmental Management Checks.
  • Quality Checks & Audits.
  • Regular Defects Checks.
  • Meeting agreed milestones.
  • Early / Initial Defect List and Rectification prior to completion.

The Post Construction Stage includes the following activities:

  • Target Defect Free at Handover of the Project.
  • Manuals.
  • As Installed Drawings.
