The Pre-Construction Stage includes the following activities:

- Prepare Project Specific Safety Plan and Risk Assessment.
- Prepare Environmental Management Plan.
- Prepare Detail Construction Program of Work Activities.
- Prepare Cost Plan for the project.
- Analysis and finalisation of Construction methods and techniques.
- Analysis of Material Handling.
- Procurement of Subcontractors and materials from our controlled and monitored Database.
- Procurement of materials.
- Obtain Site Specific Safe Work Method Statements/Plans for the early trades.
- Obtain Insurances for the works
The Construction Stage includes the following activities:
- Client initial meeting to establish lines of communication, main objectives and reporting methodologies.
- Set up the Site Facilities and Construction Workplace Zones.
- Regular Client Meetings.
- Sub-contractors Meetings.
- Cost Control.
- Short Term Program / Planning.
- Regular Safety Checks.
- Supervision and Co-ordination of work and trades.
- Environmental Management Checks.
- Quality Checks & Audits.
- Regular Defects Checks.
- Meeting agreed milestones.
- Early / Initial Defect List and Rectification prior to completion.
The Post Construction Stage includes the following activities:
- Target Defect Free at Handover of the Project.
- Manuals.
- As Installed Drawings.
