Brislandis nearing the completion of the NSW State Library air conditioning upgrade. This involves the demolition and total refurbishment of the air conditioning plant room to service the Library.
To implement this, Brisland must supply and install new structural steel to form new floors, walkways, stairs and handrails. Brisland must also install copper roofing, an extensive mechanical services system and all other necessary services.
Construction completion is due to occur February 2010.
